Main reference: Algebra (2nd edition), by M. Artin

We will mainly cover Chapters 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 of Artin's book. If time permits, we will also discuss some additional materials, for example, a little bit more field theory from Lang's Algebra, quadratic number fields from Chapter 13 of Artin's book.
